London=Gloom” is a project where I aimed to capture my personal perspective of the city of London. Despite London often being portrayed as one of the most beautiful and safest cities, as an immigrant, my goal was to depict the aspects with which I personally relate. This includes the less maintained areas and the presence of homelessness.

I seek to convey this perspective by focusing on the gloomy, nocturnal, and almost depressing atmosphere associated with the outskirts of London. Through my photographs, I emphasize back streets, alleyways, and evocative building structures, reflecting the gritty reality that exists alongside the city’s more glamorous facade.
